Hired by Major Studios and Independent Producers, I was a liaison between the studio, production management, cast, crew, agents, vendors, banks. I have worked locally, nationally and internationally. My position required continuous trouble shooting due the varying nature of production. I was responsible for budgeting, daily and weekly cost tracking and financial projection while assuring all State and Federal regulations were accurately reported. Other duties and responsibilities included: processing and tracking as much as 20 million dollars semi-annually with a staff as small as four assistants, dispensing and accounting for up to 100 thousand dollars cash weekly, setting up credit with vendors, reviewing and approving all payroll including cast, crew and management, with as many as 10 different guilds, computer experience with budgeting and cost analysis programs, aware of the necessity to document all transactions and paperwork for an accurate audit trail in order for post production personnel to assume completion of project, comfortable and flexible with change, sensitive to the tremendous importance of discretion, confidentiality and honesty, required a high degree of interpersonal skills, interfacing with high profile celebrities and other members of the rich and famous.
